The Quit Smoking Today Review

I’ve been a smoker most of my adult life…30 years to be exact. I’ve tried everything on the market to quit, without success. If there were a simple, stress-free way to become a non-smoker, I would be one of the first to jump on it. Recently, someone asked me my thoughts on a recent program called ‘Kiss Smoking Goodbye!.’ So off I went to their website in hopes this would be a program that would benefit me as well.

The site was written by Rob Mellor, a self-proclaimed ‘expert’ in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP)…a form of psychotherapy. Now, I know the term psychotherapy, God knows I’ve seen enough of them, but what exactly NLP is, is beyond me. I just know it obviously doesn’t require good grammar and punctuation.

The first thing that got my attention was a typo in the first sentence…red flag, but I read on anyway, it happens to the best of us.

I continued reading, and what he has to offer is a downloadable MP3 recording that will make you ‘kick the habit’ in ‘just 38 minutes & 13 seconds.’ Another red flag! But still, I read on, giving him the benefit of the doubt.

In the next paragraph he talks about a study done where he extensively tested this recording on over 5,000 smokers and the result: a success rate of 99.7%...another red flag! I find it very hard to believe in such a high success rate for anything except death.

Then, midway through the page, he claims his stop smoking program can ‘help’ you quit smoking in ‘as little as 38 minutes & 13 seconds from now.’ Now it starts to sound interesting.
In fact, I was trying another program some time ago that was real great but I was not motivated by then (so here I still am with a smoke in my hand)

I have to admit, I’m a skeptic and don’t buy into things very easily but this website has definitly made me curious and I will take up the fight again!

There are many legit stop-smoking programs on the market today, and some of them actually work. Try for yourself and tell us how it worked for You!
